Caswell Advisory Group Advises Electronic Fasteners, Inc. on its Acquisition by OneMonroe

Electronic Fasteners, Inc. (“EFI”), of Canton, MA, announced it has been acquired by Monroe Engineering, LLC, d/b/a OneMonroe. Founded in 1960, EFI is a stocking distributor supplying fastener products to industrial and commercial markets throughout New England and the United States. OneMonroe is a global manufacturer and distributor of fasteners and related products, based in Rochester Hills, MI. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by the Caswell Advisory Group of Portland, Maine.

Caswell Advisory Group Advises Morrell’s Hardware on its Acquisition by Ware-Butler Building Supply

Morrell’s Hardware, owned by John Morrell, has served the Moosehead Lakes Region of Maine since the 1950s, though the business had been operated as a hardware store, and previously a lumber yard, in the current location for over 100 years. Established in 1925, Ware-Butler Building Supply operates 15 locations throughout Maine and employs nearly 700 people state-wide. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by the Caswell Advisory Group of Portland, Maine.
